Shipping policy

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. And we encourage buyer to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout of the items in the order and buyer can select from available shipping options. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon dispatch, buyer will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Damages

If buyer received the order damaged, he has to contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim not later than 48 hours from delivery. Buyer shall take photos of the product and the packing slip then save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If 48 hours from delivery have gone buyer will not be able to report the damage and will lose he chance for complain.

Transit time internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the delivery option you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your shipping at checkout.

Change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. After order dispatched changing address will cost extra fees as per each courier policy.

Box Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, buyer will wait for the item to be produced before dispatching the order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, buyer should contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Insurance

Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
